Prenatal yoga is great for those who have been practicing yoga or are brand new beginners! It's an amazing way to connect with baby and other expectant mothers, as well as prepare the mind and body for labor using asana, relaxation techniques, breath work, and meditation. Yoga can make a significant positive difference in your experience with pregnancy, labor/delivery and postpartum. With your doctor or midwife's permission, prenatal yoga is safe for women to practice.
